A Ralph Haver design ranch house built in 1957 . We found it in poor shape cosmetically but with a little patience and some elbow grease, voila! We didn't do much structurally. Removed yards of 70's glass wall-tile and a virtual time-line of cheap wallpaper designs. The home has had a one-time addition to increased its interior at the sacrifice of the carport courtyard and the delightful period window that faced the carport. I imagine we'll be working on it for quite a while, but for the moment it's all cleaned up.
